Community connection
Befriending, community hubs and social groups that end loneliness and help people belong.
Hearthwell exists so that no one is left without affordable support. We help people across the UK who struggle to access social support, community connection and the skills to build a better life — starting with those who need it most.
Across the UK, millions of people cannot afford the support they need — befriending services, training courses, family help. They fall through the gaps between public services, charities and paid providers.
Hearthwell fills those gaps. We deliver practical, affordable and human-centred support, so that a person's circumstances never decide whether they get the help they need.
